1. When referring to a Modular Building, is the station specifically looking for a Pre fab building? Are mobile coaches acceptable. Please elaborate on the requirements.

We are seeking a modular structure; preferably built to suit existing foundation on site. The technical drawings provide the information and dimensions to guide this effort.

1. The Leadtime is stated as 9/30/24 to 4/30/25 then install and training 5/1/25 to 5/30/25. Does this mean that the building needs to be complete by 4/30 for installation on 5/1?

Yes, we need a functional MRI system by May 1, 2025. Applications training would occur in May 2025. We are assuming that the preceding month or two would be for site prep and construction/installation.

1. How long is actual applications training required?

Applications training is usually offered by the vendor in “blocks” of training. Per the PWS, we require a minimum of 80 hours applications training. This could look like 5 days of eight hours training for initial startup with an additional 40 hours available for follow on training. The type and complexity of the system along with the knowledge of the technologist will be key drivers of how much is required.
