1. 1.2.1.2 / 1.2.1.4: Both the Milestone Xprotect and BriefCam Annual licenses expire in June 2023. OR should prices reflect current quantities, to be modified accordingly if and when the anticipated cameras, doors, etc. are actually added to the system? Growth was initially anticipated in this contract there should be no drastic scope of work changes besides solidifying exact quantity amounts. As noted in the SOW, the growth is reflected as the facility continues to grow in the option years.
7. 1.5 Maintenance: Would the VA prefer a 40 hour per week Field Service Engineer to be onsite at both RMR and the CBOCs to assist in maintenance activities? Yes, VA would like a technician available 40 hours a week and it could be depended on the location that technician needs to report to that day, such as to a CBOC or the main hospital (RMR). OR a time and materials type of not to exceed contract amount to utilize for maintenance calls? VA prefers a technician onsite 40 hours a week and not time and material.
