Response: Negative. Connections already existing.

6. SOW indicates that all work must be completed after hours. Since the Radiology Equipment will be inoperable during the renovation can the work take place during normal business hours?

Response: Yes. The intent for working after hours was for rapid completion and turn around of space. Once timeline is develop, close coordination w/ end user will be required.

7. Based on the site photos and site visit there appears to be black mastic under the existing floor tile. Does the VA want the contractor to include abatement in their pricing or would the VA consider leaving the existing tile in place and overlaying it with the new specified LVT?
