About this file
This is Amendment 0001 to Solicitation 36C25726Q0508, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 17 in Temple, Texas, for integrated pest management services at the VA facility.
The amendment extends the solicitation closing date from May 29, 2026, to June 1, 2026, at 4:00 PM Central Time. The amendment addresses four vendor questions and provides supplemental Performance Work Statement information. Key responses include: the current pest management services are performed by Double Bronze Star Marketing & Consulting Inc. under contract 36C25726P0157; offerors may request site visits by contacting Erik Ragon at erik.ragon@va.gov or 806-355-9703 ext. 7469; and the current PWS reflects a standardized Integrated Pest Management format used across VA facilities. Normal business hours for routine pest management services are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with weekly routine services occurring once per week on a day agreed upon by the Contracting Officer's Representative and contractor. Attachment 1 provides a comprehensive list of areas and buildings to be serviced with specified frequencies: seven buildings require weekly surveillance and treatment; 34 buildings require monthly exterior perimeter treatment up to 15 feet around each building; and elevator pits in six buildings (1, 28, 29, 44, 46, 48) require quarterly treatment. The amendment clarifies that the attachment table presents existing information in a more consolidated format without introducing new requirements, removing existing requirements, or modifying service frequencies.
