1. What is the timeline of completion of the Cooling Tower repairs?

· This is a part of another contract and should not be a concern. The contract awardee is contractually obligation to perform per the SOW.

2. Will the scope of work be revised to reflect the towers that are not operational?

· This is a part of another contract and should not be a concern. The contract awardee is contractually obligation to perform per the SOW.

3. Will vibration analysis be completed on the towers and pumps.

· This is a part of another contract and should not be a concern. The contract awardee is contractually obligation to perform per the SOW.

4. What are the expected deliverables and tasks for the vibration analysis?

· This is a part of another contract and should not be a concern. The contract awardee is contractually obligation to perform per the SOW.

5. Will the government also cover labor for repairs under this section or only parts?

· Parts and labor should be covered under 7.1 CORRECTIVE REPAIR, EMERGENCY REPAIR HOURS & PARTS.

6. Tube brushing is mentioned in the equipment schedule but not in the SOW. Can the government please provide a tube brushing schedule?

7. Is the awarded contract or expected to brush the evaporators annually?

12. Will the awarded contractor be responsible for annual commissioning of the chiller plant control system?
