About this file

This is an amendment to a solicitation for move and storage services. The amendment extends the offers due date to July 6, 2022 at 3:00 PM CDT and provides additional questions and answers. The solicitation is for furniture move and storage services at various Department of Veterans Affairs facilities in North Texas. The contractor will be required to read and interpret design drawings, with floor plans provided in PDF format. Surplus furnishings disposed through federal lot sales must be segregated.

The amendment answers three questions. Design and layout drawings will be provided as PDF files. Floor plans of buildings will also be PDF files provided to the awarded contractor. For surplus property disposed through federal lot sales, the contractor is only required to segregate the materials, not conduct online auctions or operate a retail space.
