RE: RFI RESPONSES TO RFP 36C25623R0122 |

UPGRADE ROOF SYSTEMS

1. Could you please confirm if the awarded Contractor needs to hold an Arkansas Contractor's License?

Note: We meet this requirement as Arkansas reciprocates with Alabama General Contractor Licenses.

RESPONSE: This requirement has been removed from the statement of work.

2. I am going over the SOW and ran across a qualification I am not familiar with. It states in section (a) under contractor requirements that the "contractor must possess an Arkansas Contractor's License". My question is can my SUB contractor be a Arkansas Contractor License holder?

RESPONSE: This requirement has been removed from the statement of work.
