About this file

This document contains questions and answers regarding boiler maintenance requirements for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. The VA will not provide filters for RO units or spare parts for boilers and will require the contractor to perform these tasks. The contractor must also conduct steam quality checks, calibrate various temperature, flow, and pressure devices across several locations monthly, and change filters on RO units twice per year. The VA will not provide calibrated gauges or initial spare parts for hot water boilers. Responses for these requirements are due by April 12, 2020 to tiffany.conner@va.gov.
