Questions and answers Q: On your spreadsheet you have a line item (6000) for weight test price and you also have in the 4th option year a price for quintennial inspection. What is line item 6000 asking for? For us to provide weights.

Answer: The last two on the spread sheet are for any of the Listed Elevators to be exercise in case of an inspection failure (only as needed bases) for the - Semi Annual or Quintennial. This is only a just in case added in if needed this is only a 5yr contract. CLIN 6000 on the IGE is for an optional Quintennial on any of our elevators. It can apply to any year.

Q: In your “SOW Elevator Testing and inspection IDIQ” page 3 you have semi-annual, annual and quintennial for option year 4, but the spreadsheet only has quintennial and semi-annual. Can you confirm that the annual is being replaced by the quintennial and the annual will not need to be completed or priced for option year 4?

Answer: That is correct, the quintennial replaces the annual, only on CLIN 4
