The scope of work involves installing approximately 120 new flow meters and 204 temperature sensors connected to an existing Schneider Electric EcoStruxure building automation system across three buildings. It also requires upgrading 22 universal network controllers to Schneider Electric Automation Servers and integrating existing programming. Estimated costs range from $2-5 million. Electrical work includes power for new controls from existing or new panels. Minimal patching and abatement is required. Commissioning is also included. The pre-bid meeting agenda reviews the solicitation, schedule, site tour and question submission process. The opportunity is a total SDVOSB set-aside with proposals due around July 2nd and award utilizing best value tradeoff. The NAICS is 236220 and period of performance is 180 days.
