About this file

This document outlines requirements for a leased modular building at the Jefferson Barracks campus of the St. Louis VA Medical Center. The VA seeks to lease a 9,150 square foot modular trailer unit for a base year plus four option years to house personnel and operations during a major renovation project. The unit must match the layout in the attached exhibit and comply with ADA, IBC, NFPA, NEC, and local building codes. It will be installed on a prepared site behind Building 25 on campus that has underground utilities connected or nearby. The solicitation was issued by the VA St. Louis VAMC on behalf of Veterans Health Administration VISN 15.
