Is it necessary to perform a complete test on the relays (i.e., long-time, short-time, instantaneous functions, etc.)?
R:
Please perform the following tests for the relays:
· Apply voltage or current to all analog inputs and verify correct registration of the relay meter.
· Perform mechanical and functional operation checks.
· Perform testing of the protective relays in accordance with manufacturer recommendations.
· Verify the protective relays trip their associated main circuit breaker.
Q:
What tests are required on MV Cables?
R:
Please perform the following tests for MV Cables:
· Perform insulation‐resistance test on each conductor with respect to ground.
