The Government will not reimburse costs associated with response development. Information received will be evaluated solely to determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement, and the Government reserves discretion to proceed non-competitively. This notice is archived 30 days after the response date. The modification will be executed in accordance with FAR 52.212-4 (Changes—Fixed Price).
