About this file
This document contains questions and responses related to solicitation number 36C25224Q0002 for unarmed security services at Department of Veterans Affairs ambulatory care clinics in Green Bay, Appleton, and Cleveland, Wisconsin. The solicitation seeks to award a contract for a one year base period of performance from November 14, 2023 through October 31, 2024. Services required include security guard positions at the three clinic locations. Incumbent contract information is available in FPDS. Questions addressed include incumbent contractor details, current contract value, changes in coverage requirements compared to previous contracts, staffing levels, and pay rates. Responses provide that the Cleveland Clinic hours have increased to full time, and that training is considered company overhead rather than a billable cost. No local wage ordinances above federal minimums were identified for the locations.

No, this will be required before staff are officially on site and will be considered part of company overhead cost, not separate billable costs.

PROHIBITION ON A BYTEDANCE COVERED APPLICATION (JUN 2023)
(a) Definitions. As used in this clause— Covered application means the social networking service TikTok or any successor application or service developed or provided by ByteDance Limited or an entity owned by ByteDance Limited.
