This document is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract for the Department of Veterans Affairs Dayton VA Medical Center. The amendment (No. 0002) extends the bid due date to September 23, 2025, at 12:00 PM EDT and provides three key updates: 1) a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated September 17, 2025, 2) a copy of questions and responses, and 3) an updated bid submission deadline.
The Performance Work Statement details a project to replace two existing transformers located in the basement of Building 330 of the main hospital tower.
