About this file
This document contains an infection control risk assessment and construction permit for a project to upgrade and expand exterior lighting at a Department of Veterans Affairs medical facility. The project involves replacing damaged light poles, updating existing lighting to more efficient fixtures, and adding additional lighting in low light areas. The construction permit outlines infection control requirements and protocols for the work, which is classified as Type A and will be conducted by a to-be-determined contractor. The project period of performance is 270 days.
