QUESTION 1: What year was the system installed?

1. ANSWER: 2016

QUESTION 2: What versions of software are currently being used?

1. ANSWER: See appendix 1 in PWS

QUESTION 3: The planned increased in equipment will exceed the max quantity allowed by the current license. Please confirm whether bidders must include the increased cost for software and licenses to cover the cost in the monthly fee or if this will be invoiced separately.

1. ANSWER: See PWS section 1 (page 1 of 29), section 5.1 (page 9 of 29), section 5.2.1 (page 9 of 29), section 5.7 (page 10 of 29), etc.

QUESTION 4: For the Preventative Maintenance portion of the PWS what frequency of visits is required? Annually, Quarterly, Monthly?

1. ANSWER: Annual preventative maintenance is sufficient for this requirement.

QUESTION 5: Paragraph 5.1 (page 14 of 93) identifies the Quantity and Year of new card reader additions so bidders can account for it in their monthly pricing. However, the 50 new camera additions mentioned in paragraph 5.2.2 (page 15 of 93) does not mention the Year or Type of camera, which could be a $500 fixed camera or a $2,500 PTZ camera, thus making it impossible to capture in the monthly pricing. Will these camera additions be billable or will the VA provide these details to capture in the monthly pricing?

1. ANSWER: 5.2.1 mentions the integration of cameras. The intent is to integrate cameras into AMAG that are installed by others under a separate contract. No camera material or installation costs, just labor for programming into AMAG.

QUESTION 6: Paragraph 5.4 requires the contractor to create AutoCAD drawings. Does the VA have any old drawings for the contractor to use as a starting point to update? Yes Confirm the contractor will be given base building drawings in AutoCAD after award.

1. ANSWER: Yes
