About this file
This document provides details for a planned construction renovation project at the Richard L. Roudebush VA Medical Center in Indianapolis, Indiana. The project involves renovating and updating space for the library, computer training rooms, and simulation labs on the second floor of the A-wing building. Key aspects of the project include installing a new raised floor, acoustical dividers, large monitors to replace projectors and screens, relocating the circulation desk and offices, and adding a new classroom and VAM training room. The work will also include installing a new ceiling, carpeting, and finishes throughout the affected areas. The solicitation for this project is expected to be issued on or about February 3, 2020 via beta.SAM.gov, with a site visit scheduled prior to the closing date. The project is set aside exclusively for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and has an estimated value between $1-5 million.
