AMENDMENT NO. 2 SUMMARY
Department of Veterans Affairs (DVA) | Weld County, CO – Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) | VA Request for Lease Proposals No. 36C24W26R0049
This is Amendment No. 2 to the Request for Lease Proposals for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic facility in Weld County, Colorado. The amendment addresses two questions raised by potential offerors: (1) the location of applicable Wage Determination rates, and (2) a request for a three-week extension to the proposal submittal deadline. In response to the first question, the DVA directs offerors to access Wage Determination information on the Sam.gov website. Regarding the second question, the DVA denied the requested three-week extension, clarifying that Tenant Improvements (TI) are paid as a lump sum by the VA and therefore TI pricing is not required in the proposal. All other requirements of the original solicitation remain unchanged. The amendment was prepared by Tenielle Cook, Realty Specialist, on August 18, 2026. Offerors are required to sign and acknowledge receipt of this amendment and submit it with all other RLP exhibits.
