About this file
This document is a file containing questions and responses related to the Amarillo, TX Vet Center lease solicitation (36C24W25R0053). The questions cover four key areas: small business set-aside classification, lease term and occupancy dates, Green Globes building rating requirements, and ANSI/BOMA standards discrepancies. The VA's responses to each question are terse, consistently directing the offeror to refer to the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) without providing substantive clarification. The solicitation is a total small business set-aside seeking approximately 5,189 to 5,449 rentable square feet of medical space in Amarillo, Texas, with a proposed 20-year lease term (5 years firm, 15 years soft). The procurement is specifically targeting Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) or Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) under NAICS code 531190, with a small business size standard of $30.0 million.
