About this file

This document is a Q&A addendum for Solicitation 36C24925R0031, providing vendor clarifications for Plastic Surgery Physician and PA Services at the Memphis VA Medical Center. The solicitation requires a Plastic Surgeon and Physician Assistant to provide 24/7 on-call services across six operating rooms, supporting emergency room, spinal cord injury, and general surgery departments with reconstructive, traumatic, hand surgery, and skin care specializations.

Key requirements include a minimum of two key personnel, with the Physician Assistant needing specific plastic surgery experience to assist in surgical procedures and clinic patient care. The contract is a recompete of previous sole-source contracts with the University of Tennessee Medical Group, covering a performance period from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2030. Vendors without recent past performance will receive a neutral rating, and the government is seeking comprehensive surgical coverage with PRN (as-needed) PA support across multiple clinical domains.
