About this file

This document is a modification to a Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation (36C24925Q0255) for Water Quality Monitoring/Testing Services at the Lexington VA Health Care System. The solicitation is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a three-year period of performance from 05/01/2025 through 04/30/2028, consisting of three one-year ordering periods with potential annual price escalation. The modification provides final questions and answers, clarifying key details about water testing requirements.

The solicitation includes two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): CLIN 0001 for Performance Qualification Testing (annual testing) and CLIN 0002 for Routine Water Quality Monitoring/Testing. The water testing will involve monthly testing of 24 samples, quarterly testing of 38 samples, and annual testing of 9 samples across critical, utility, and steam systems. Contractors will follow ST108 water testing protocols, with sample sites already determined. Quotes are due by 12:00 PM CT on May 21, 2025, and should be submitted via email to Elyse.McVey@va.gov. The contractor will be responsible for sample collection and testing, with the facility handling any necessary corrections beyond sampling errors.
