About this file

This document contains a price proposal template and details of a related federal contract opportunity for renovations to a women's health clinic building. The price proposal template provides an example format for contractors to break down pricing for various construction divisions and includes instructions for submitting thorough cost breakdowns. The related federal opportunity is a pre-solicitation notice for renovations estimated between $1-2 million at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The opportunity is a 100% set-aside for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. The solicitation is expected to post on March 9th, 2022 with proposals due April 8th. Only SDVOSBs verified in the CVE database and listed in SAM will be considered. The awarded contractor must submit VETS-4212 enrollment evidence. The selection will be made using the LPTA source selection process.
