Responses to questions submitted to the combined synopsis.

COPC is serviced by the contractor at the clinic. We do not transport the mats. Yes, there is a site manager who will check in the delivery person. As to the number discrepancy, I would go with the chart. I will reach out to the current vendor for more exact numbers for each location.

Service is weekly for all the mats other than the mats shown on page 5.

Additional information in regards to station requirements as it pertains to Personal Protective Equipment.

As I read it, they can not enter the facility with out a mask. This is mandated by the hospital. There is no contingency as I see it.
