The procurement seeks complete IONM services for the Orlando VA Medical Center, including on-site IONM technologists and remote Board-Certified Neurologist oversight. The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The estimated quantity is 58 cases in the base year, 60 in option year one, 62 in option year two, 64 in option year three, and 66 in option year four. The guaranteed minimum is $2,500, and the maximum aggregate value across all periods is $600,000. Services must be provided Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM to accommodate scheduled and emergency surgeries, covering complex surgical cases including spine, neuro, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, and orthopedic procedures. The contractor must provide a minimum of four key personnel: two on-site IONM technologists and two remote neurophysiologists, all meeting strict credentialing requirements including American Board of Neurological Surgery certification for physicians and ABRET certification for technologists. Quotations are due by June 12, 2026, at 4:00 PM EDT. This procurement is a 100 percent service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The evaluation will prioritize technical capability and past performance over price, with proposals evaluated on qualifications, experience, staffing capability, past performance, socioeconomic status, and pricing. Award is scheduled for approximately May 29, 2026.
