The solicitation number is 36C24826Q0385, with an issue date of April 15, 2026, and an offer due date of May 1, 2026 at 3:00 PM EDT. The contract is a Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) award for healthcare services to be performed at the VA Caribbean Healthcare System in San Juan, Puerto Rico, with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The estimated contract value is $41.5 million with a guaranteed minimum of $2,500 and maximum of $3,000,000. This is a 100% small business set-aside acquisition under NAICS code 621511.
The contractor shall provide on-site phlebotomist services supporting eight clinics across Puerto Rico, with a minimum of five and maximum of eight full-time equivalent (FTE) phlebotomists required daily.
