About this file

This amendment to a combined solicitation provides details for maintenance services for chillers and cooling towers at the Gainesville VA Medical Center. The Department of Veterans Affairs seeks proposals for preventative maintenance, including annual inspections and cleaning for five chillers and two cooling towers. Proposals are due by January 30, 2023. Preventative maintenance is required quarterly for chillers and semi-annually for cooling towers. The schedule aims to perform annual chiller services between January and October 2023. The amendment revises the statement of work, provides a site visit sign-in sheet, and answers questions about the scope, clarifying that corrective maintenance is out of scope. Licensing and certification requirements, site procedures, and the performance period from December 2022 to December 2023 are also outlined.
