About this file

This letter from the Environmental Protection Commission approves Streamline Environmental's interim source removal and site assessment reports regarding a diesel fuel discharge discovered at the James A. Haley Veterans Hospital in Tampa, Florida. The reports help address the discharge, which currently does not have an assigned risk-based corrective action score from Florida's Petroleum Restoration Program. The letter recommends continuing free product recovery until no free product remains and conducting quarterly groundwater monitoring of identified monitoring wells for specified parameters. It requires submitting the first quarterly free product recovery report within 150 days and providing written notice of field activities.
