About this file
This document contains a special notice for architectural and engineering services to renovate four transitional residences located in Hampton and Norfolk, Virginia. The Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 6 is seeking proposals from service-disabled veteran owned small businesses to provide design services, including site investigation, communication and electrical engineering, fire protection engineering, and document and drawing creation. Interested firms must submit a current SF-330 form by December 29, 2023. Proposals will be evaluated based on experience with housing renovation, architectural, and electrical engineering projects. Interviews may be conducted with the top-ranked firms. The estimated construction cost is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000. The selected firm must comply with limitations on subcontracting regulations and be verified by the Small Business Administration as a service-disabled veteran owned small business.
