CONTINUATION PAGE
1) We request an extension until Friday May 4th in order to clarify a number of questions which remain unanswered, as follows. An extension will not be granted.
2) Question 4 from Amendment 1 dated April 20 reads: "We are removing the repairs part of the contract and this contract will be for annual inspections only.." However the SOW calls for Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual inspection tasks. Please confirm which inspections you are asking for. “Quarterly, Semi-Annual and Annual inspections” were removed from the SOW in Amendment 1. Please review.
3) The worksheet attached to Amendment 1 dated April 20 contains tabs for each building; however, there are questions about device counts on nearly every tab, especially Bldg 13; for Bldg 13, the worksheet shows numerous other buildings we assume are served by the same panel, yet the device count at the bottom is so low we do not believe it is accurate. Please confirm device counts per panel or building. We will be removing the sample reports; they are only to be used a guide. The inventory has been added.
4) The SOW calls for monitoring. Monitoring is done per each main panel in each building. Please provide a list of the panels currently monitored so we can quote this accurately. The SOW does not call for monitoring; it calls for maintenance of monitoring devices.
