RE: Philips IT Portfolio
Dear : Catherine Weitenbeck
Philips Healthcare f/k/a Philips Medical Systems is the sole-source service provider for the IntelliSpace Perinatal, Xcelera, IntelliVue Clinical Care and Anesthesia (ICCA) and CompuRecord (ARK) software.
Philips is the original manufacturer of the software and can provide access to the software engineers and lab environment that may be required to resolve and verify technical issues as they arise. This type of support allows problems to be documented and provide the best solutions to the end-user. Because we are the original manufacturer, Philips can upgrade the software.
Thank you for choosing Philips for your medical needs. If you have any questions or concerns, please call me at (214) 394-4184.
Sincerely, Robert Sneed Service Solution Specialist – Hospital Patient Monitoring Philips Healthcare
