About this file

This document is a Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Provision Addendum that outlines an alternative protest procedure for real property lease procurements. The provision, dated March 2024, provides an alternative route for interested parties to file a protest, specifically allowing them to submit protests by mail or electronically to the Executive Director of the Office of Construction and Facilities Management at 425 I Street, NW, Washington, DC 20420, or via email to CFMORP@va.gov. The addendum includes a key restriction that protests will not be considered if the same or similar issues are already pending with the Lease Contracting Officer, ensuring a streamlined protest process for the VA's real property lease solicitations.
