DESCRIPTION
QUESTIONS: We request that this requirement for HPLC technology (section 7. Specific Equipment Requirements, h. Utilize HPLC methodology) be removed to allow for other technology to perform this testing.
let us know if VISN 4’s service line is open to this change. If so, we respectfully request a 3 week extension to respond.
ANSWERS: The technical advisors are advising that this stays in the SOW. The consensus is to keep the requirement for HPLC testing part of the SOW. VISN and would not implement them for one test. Also, HPLC remains the gold standard for A1C testing and everyone prefers to use instrumentation utilizing that methodology.
No questions will be review after 01/15/2025.
This RFQ will be extended until 01/22/2025 10:00 AM EST.
