Questions and Answers:

0. Regarding Sections 4.1.6, 4.2.6 & CLINS x002, x003: Clarification on monthly inspections. Scope calls for 7, price schedule has 12. Is the intention to spread out the cost of 7 operational inspections amongst 12 months? This should be included in the monthly cost which is why the price schedule has 12 as the quantity.

0. Regarding Sections 4.1.1, 4.2.1: Please confirm preferred months to complete semi-annuals. April, November. Sow has been updated.

0. Regarding Section 4.2.2.9: Please confirm frequency of tube brushing for both water cooled chillers. Scope indicates back-to-back brushings if semi-annuals are to be completed at the end and then prior to cooling season. Dependent on question #2. Twice per year during semi-annuals. Sow has been updated.

0. Regarding Sections 4.1.1, 4.2.1: Would the customer be willing to revise scope to include one annual comprehensive and one semi-annual? This may benefit as a cost savings to the VA. Dependent on question #2. We do not advise a comprehensive at the end and prior to cooling season. The Scope will remain as written.

0. Regarding Section 4.9.1: Do these units serve specialty care areas such as ORs, MRIs, or research labs. If so, please advise on working hours to pm these equipment and any additional reporting required. Working hours are as written in scope. Work needs to be done outside of cooling season.
