The contractor who is awarded the contract is required to have their own location to store the vehicles when they are not in use. If so, would the driver be able to utilize the off-site parking location while working? The drivers would be required to park at a location designated by the contractor. The off-site parking location that will be the point of pick-up and drop-off is not a VA owned property and will be for VA employees only.

2. Does the shuttle bus required to be handicap ADA accessible with a wheelchair strap? How many wheelchair positions are needed? What percentage of visitors will require a wheelchair lift? At this time, there are no wheelchairs requiring transportation under this contract. All riders will be driving and parking at the off-site parking location to be transported to the VA facility.

3. From the off-site parking area to the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System are there any railroad bridges? If so, what is the clearance height?
