Cloth Mask Guidance

VA Butler staff are expected to wear a cloth mask in public places:

· Hallways

· Restrooms

· Breakrooms

· Using MFD (printer/copier)

· Anytime you are within 6 feet of another person

VA Butler staff can remove the cloth mask when more than six feet away from another person and:

· Sitting at your workspace (office or cubicle)

· Eating your lunch

· Outdoors

VA Staff are responsible for cleaning their individual office/cubicle space and wiping surfaces at a minimum of daily. All porous personal items (such as blankets, pillows, décor) in offices/cubicles needs to be removed. These items cannot be disinfected.

Protect yourself, Protect others! Clean common high touch surfaces frequently, for example: MFD, microwave touch pad, refrigerator handles, coffee pot handles, Keurig buttons, etc.
