About this file

This is an Amendment to a Previous Combined Solicitation for FY 26 Services addressing vendor questions regarding a triennial electrical power distribution system maintenance and testing contract.

The Department of Veterans Affairs, RPO East, NCO 2 Contracting Office in Bath, New York is soliciting services under Solicitation Number 36C24226Q0276 for maintenance and testing of the electrical power distribution system at NY Harbor VA Healthcare System's Margaret Cochran Corbin Campus located at 423 East 23rd Street, New York, NY 10010. This is an SBA set-aside contract with Product Service Code J061 and NAICS Code 811310. The response deadline has been revised to Wednesday, February 11th, 2026, at 12:00 PM EST. The amendment addresses seven vendor questions and corresponding government answers, including clarifications that: no latest test report is available; all infrared thermography images are required (not just those showing issues); equipment quantities must be verified on site; no prior contract pricing information is available; an SF 1449 form will be used for contract award under FAR Part 12 combined synopsis/solicitation procedures; there is no incumbent contractor information; and the listed electrical equipment was not tested or maintained during the 2023 triennial cycle. A final amendment addressing a second round of questions will be posted on or about February 6th, 2026. Contract Specialist Nathan Northrup (nathan.northrup@va.gov) serves as the point of contact.
