About this file

This is an amendment to a combined synopsis/solicitation for air monitoring and preliminary assessment services at the VA New Jersey Healthcare System's East Orange and Lyons campuses. The amendment corrects errors, provides clarifications, and extends the submission deadline to February 14, 2025, at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

The requirement is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) under NAICS code 541620. Key requirements include third-party air monitoring and preliminary assessment services, with work potentially required during nights and weekends to avoid disrupting medical facility operations. Vendors must provide current New Jersey state licenses and certifications, and comply with the Limitation of Subcontracting requirement to perform 50% of the work. The awardee will be ineligible for future abatement services while performing under this contract. Responsive offers must include a technical capability statement, completed bid pricing sheet, and Certificate of Compliance for Services & Construction (VAAR 852.219-75).
