About this file

This document is an amendment to Solicitation 36C24224Q0851 for exterior window cleaning services at the Syracuse VA Medical Center. The amendment provides clarification and updates to the solicitation, including:

The scope of work has been revised to reflect approximately 860 windows on floors 1-4, instead of the original 1,300 windows. Vendors are to submit quotes by August 15, 2024 at 12:00 PM EST. The amendment also provides additional details on the window cleaning requirements, such as only the exterior surfaces needing to be cleaned, the maximum building height, and the incumbent contractor. Pricing details are provided, with the original annual value of $4,790.25 increasing to a range of $4,850.53 to $23,186.26 across various line items. The VA will not be conducting a site visit, as the Contracting Officer's Representative already performed one during market research.
