A: No, bid does not include Monthly visits; VA staff will conduct monthly testing and inspections.
Q: Then in section 4 it says we are to furnish all parts and labor for repairs. Is this to be a fully inclusive contract for Preventative maintenance and service repairs?
A: No. To clarify, the labor cost to diagnose a failure shall be included and at the cost of the contractor, as part of the contract.
The contractor shall provide a separate quote for the repair itself, inclusive of parts and labor, as this will require a separate Purchase Order and approval for payment.
