The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions asked by vendors for solicitation number 36C24221Q0499. See questions/answers below:
1. What are the install dates of the elevators to be serviced?
a. Bldg. 1 – (2) Passenger Elevators installed 2001
b. Bldg. 2 – (1) Passenger Elevator installed 2000, (1) Freight Elevator installed 1992
c. Bldg. 3 – (1) Passenger Elevator installed 2009
d. Bldg. 4 – (1) Passenger Elevator installed 2004
e. Bldg. 5 – (1) Passenger Elevator installed 1996
2. In section B.3.2.7 (Performance) of the Performance Work Statement (PWS) it states “contractor is expected to spend a minimum of 53 hours per month on required maintenance”. Is this a mistake?
a. Yes, this sentence of the PWS has been redacted (see attached updated PWS) and vendors should navigate to section B.3.3 (B) to view the expected weekly commitment of four (4) hours of service.
