About this file
This is Amendment 0006 to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial medical equipment issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office on behalf of White River Junction VA Medical Center in White River Junction, Vermont. The solicitation (36C24126Q0711) is a small business set-aside with a response deadline of August 21, 2026, at 4:00 PM Eastern Time. The procurement seeks 14 Waterloo Health Tall Aluminum Unicarts (manufacturer part number UTGZA-6669-YEL) configured with no locks, light gray shells, yellow drawer fronts, three 6-inch drawers, one 9-inch drawer, 5-inch casters, and two pull-out shelves, along with 14 corresponding IV Pole Accessories (manufacturer part number IV2). The solicitation is brand-name-only with no substitutes permitted. Vendors must quote unit and total pricing and provide shipping terms, warranty terms, delivery lead time, discount terms, and confirmation of active System for Award Management (SAM) registration.
Delivery is limited to warehouse dock delivery only at the medical center's location, with no onsite assembly, installation, testing, packaging removal, or training required. The amendment clarifies two vendor inquiries: manufacturers' product literature and specifications may be submitted with quotations to demonstrate technical compliance, with complete user manuals, service manuals, and cleaning instructions acceptable upon delivery; and delivery scope is strictly warehouse dock delivery. The NAICS code is 339112 with a small business size standard of 1,000 employees, and the FSC/PSC code is 6515. The contracting office point of contact is Contract Specialist Janice Jones at 860-666-6951 ext. 6613 or Janice.Jones@va.gov. Vendors must submit additional questions by August 19, 2026, to receive responses prior to the closing date.
