About this file
This is an amendment to a Request for Quotation (RFQ) issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration, Veterans Integrated Service Network 1. The RFQ (36C24126Q0515) seeks quotations for Mail Meter equipment and warehouse tracking software to be procured through the Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. The amendment modifies the original solicitation terms and requirements for vendors responding to this order off the existing SAC IDIQ award. Contractors are expected to reference both the original RFQ and this amendment when preparing their quotations to ensure compliance with all current specifications and terms established by the VA.
The specific details regarding response deadlines, pricing requirements, equipment specifications, software functionality requirements, and any other modifications introduced by this amendment would be contained within the amendment document itself. Interested contractors should review this amendment in conjunction with the base RFQ to understand the complete scope of work, evaluation criteria, and any changes to the original solicitation terms.

Question period has ended.
There are no other changes at this time.
1. Page 8, System Integration Requirements –
a. VA Enterprise Payment System (EPS) – Is this in regards to how you want the vendor to submit invoices through the VA IPPS?
· PWS has been updated. EPS should not have been included in the PWS.
b. VA Pharmacy Account – Can you expand on this requirement? Your current EMS system is not integrated with the Pharmacy and SMART is not yet ready to integrate with ScriptPro.
· Pharmacy has transitioned to a different program called Endicia.
2. Page 9, Hardware – Here it calls for a Qty of 4 Wireless Barcode Scanners.
a. Do you intend to receive packages on 4 different workstations or just 1? If more than 1, it would require additional client location licenses and 4 separate PC’s. Typically most users who have 1 workstation only use 1 handheld unless they want a backup in which case they would have 2. Please advise.
i. One workstation with 4 scanners. These scanners are used by our warehouse drivers that make runs out to the CBOC’s and other locations and need to carry the scanner to the different locations
