About this file

This file is a template for industry questions submitted to the Contracting Officer during the solicitation process for an RFQ.

The document contains a single resolved question regarding the reusability of Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) previously submitted by customers to the Strategic Acquisition Center for various RFQs. The vendor inquired whether existing PPQs could be leveraged to reduce burden on their customers for this specific procurement, particularly referencing their six years of performance on the MSPV Program for National Distribution. The Contracting Officer clarified that previously submitted PPQs cannot be reused for new procurements; however, if a CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) evaluation exists for a referenced contract, a PPQ is not required. Vendors may substitute CPARS evaluations in place of new PPQs. The template provides rows for additional questions but contains no other questions or responses beyond this single entry.

1Attachement F Past Performance QuestionnaireOur Customers have previously submitted Past Performance Questionnaires to the SAC for Various RFQ's. Can they be used for this procurment? We really don't want to be putting an additional burden on them for each and every RFQ. The MSPV Program is very pertinent for National Distribution for which we are in our 6th year of performing.

Contracting Officer response: Previously submitted PPQs cannot be reused for this procurement. However, if a CPARS evaluation exists for the contract you want to reference, then a PPQ is not required. You may provide any reference for which a CPARS has been completed.
