About this file
This federal contract opportunity solicitation seeks proposals for a national suicide prevention campaign targeting Veterans. The Department of Veterans Affairs Strategic Acquisition Center Frederick is requesting industry support to design a robust, trusted suicide prevention program for Veterans considering input from Veteran groups. The goal is to reduce military and Veteran suicide through outreach, education, partnership, research, and effective communication across efforts. Proposers should outline the current and future states of an industry-leading program, potential challenges, a complete vision, and a legacy of trusted care. The solicitation aims to implement the 2018-2028 National Strategy for Preventing Veteran Suicide through the VA's Suicide Prevention 2.0 Initiative, Suicide Prevention Now initiative, and the President's Roadmap to Empower Veterans and End a National Tragedy of Suicide.
