1. Please clarify, On Sheet AD100, Detail 5 Typical Demolition Wall Type is states “Remove layer of existing gypsum board in its entirety”. What is the height from the floor to the existing deck on each of the three floors for the SOW bathrooms? The height from floor to existing deck is roughly 11’-0”.

1. Is there a final set of construction documents that shows the complete scope of work? Per the SOW provided with the solicitation there are three (3) rooms that do not meet Design Standards and need wall relocation. We’re not sure what is meant by this question; no walls have been tagged for relocation.

1. Please confirm this is a bid-build solicitation and that the VA is handling all design aspects. Yes this is a bid-build, the VA has an AE Firm under contract.

1. How many bathrooms can be put out of service at one time?

Refer to phasing plans on drawings GI420 and GI421 for number of restrooms in each phase. Each phase shall be finished in their entirety before construction can begin on next phase.

1. Will all construction be during normal working hours?

Phasing plans indicate work may need to be completed on off hours and weekends. VA to advise contractor as to requirements.

1. Will there be space provide for a dumpster on site during the duration of the project? Yes
