The Government requests respondents provide company identification information including UEI, CAGE Code, and website URL, along with responses to eight market research questions. These questions address NAICS code applicability, socioeconomic status and SBA VetCert registration for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, capability to perform all required services outlined in the Draft Requirements Document, commercial availability of services or products, subcontracting requirements and percentages, likelihood of submission if the requirement were issued under a GSA Contract, rough cost estimates for the base period plus four option years, and any additional comments regarding the Performance Work Statement. The underlying requirement concerns Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) maintenance services for APC equipment at the VA's Boise Regional Office located at 444 W. Fort Street, Boise, ID. Services include on-site repairs, semi-annual maintenance, 24x7 emergency support, inspections, certifications, and repairs performed by an APC-certified service provider in accordance with manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
