About this file
This is a Request for Information (RFI) from the Department of Veterans Affairs seeking information about capabilities for mental health mobile application clinical testing and content writing support.
The VA is conducting market research to identify potential contractors to support trauma-informed user experience (UX) testing with Veterans with PTSD and to develop clinically appropriate public education materials for delivery via mobile applications. Offerors must demonstrate clinical psychology or PTSD-specific experience combined with UX testing expertise for Veterans. The RFI is not a commitment to award a contract, and the VA will not reimburse respondents for submission costs.
