# Reference Question Response
266 How should we go about attaching our .fig design file for submission?
(Our file size is about 95 MB exceeding the max file attachment size for emails being 25 MB)
VA cannot provide guidance on this question. How Offerors submit is a business decision.
267 Page 93 The table on Page 93 was updated to add file names for the artifact reference document and the document containing the artifacts. It is now unclear how the reviewers will tell apart the artifact reference document in Volume I from the artifact reference document in Volume II since they have the same file names (Artifact Reference document.pdf). Can you please consider using different file names? We suggest changing them to TF1 Artifact Reference document.pdf and TF2 Artifact Reference document.pdf.
See updates made in Amendment 0003
268 Page 92 Can you clarify where the Volume title will be used?
At this time there is nothing to be named Volume.
VA will know based on document title what volume it belongs to.
269 Page 92 Can you clarify what a Volume is? It is unclear to us since we can’t combine the .doc and .pdf items into one Volume.
VA will know based on document title what volume it belongs to.
270 Page 92 Should the offeror submit folders with the volume name on it that contains the files we are submitting?
We recommend allowing the offeror to submit two zip files in two different emails containing the respective files for each volume.
How Offerors submit is a business decision. Although ZIP files are NOT receivable by VA email. tThe RFP does not limit the number of emails an offeror may submit,. zip files are acceptable and can be used to submit as few emails as possible, If submitting multiple emails ensure that they are clearly labeled using the Volume numbering and number of emails as appropriate.
271 Page 92 Can the offeror submit the proposal in two different emails (or more) if we are concerned about file size?
If so, do you have any recommendations on how you would like to see them grouped?
See A270 above
272 Page 92 Is a zip file acceptable containing all the files we are submitting?
Zip files are NOT acceptable or receivable by VA email., If submitting multiple emails ensure that they are clearly labeled using the Volume numbering and number of emails as appropriate.but should be clearly labeled and used to submit as few emails as possible.
273 Page 92 Can you tell us about the limit on file sizes for your email system?
Maximum file size is 20MB
