Question 1: Could you provide the square footage for each of the facilities to be mapped as part of the subject opportunity?

Answer 1:

Marion:

a. B138 – 125,616 sq.ft.

b. B124 – 31,000 sq.ft.

c. B172 – 217,000 sq.ft.

d. B174 – 31,000 sq.ft.

Question 2: Kiosk print capabilities - Is the intent to have print capability at each of the kiosks, at central locations, or just from home?

Answer 2: Yes, printing should be available to each kiosk and from home.

Question 3: Is there a requirement for a dedicated/private cloud server for CMS and public?

Answer 3: See SOW referencing vendor self-hosting server Question 4: Is there a requirement for Single Sign on privilege automation – automated role management and account termination?

Answer 4: No Question 5: Is there a requirement for weekly, monthly, or quarterly system vulnerability scans and patching updates?

Answer 5: Monthly requirement Question 6: 3.d. contractor will use medmaps for mapping. Is medmaps software a requirement, or mostly preferred, or this is a very open to other software vendors?

Question 7: Any requirements for ADA on kiosks for handicap users?

Answer 12: Numpad should be equipped appropriately in consideration of ADA requirements or the visually impaired.

Question 13: If not, would alternative kiosk control, like through user’s mobile phone, be used in place?

Question 19: 6.b.iv in the SOW, talked about show visitors the best entrance and parking areas based on their destinations – is this required on mobile to support visitor scheduling integration, from home to destination feature?

Answer 19: Yes Question 20: 6.b.xii in the SOW talked about phone number – is SMS to be used to send information from kiosk to user’s phone?

Answer 20: Yes Question 21: Is the hard copy map the booklet? who/when shall the hard copy maps updated/re-printed? Each time the interactive map updated?

Answer 21: No, hard copy maps will be displayed at points throughout buildings listed in SOW. Per SOW edits are at yearly maintenance.

Question 22: Is the print feature on mobile/desktop for users print on their own devices, or also required on kiosk? If so, what’s the printer type – laser letter size or thermal printer?

Answer 22: Both, printing must be available to kiosk and from mobile/home devices. No preference on size/print method, they must be readable.

Question 23: What is the number of floors and end locations for each building?

Answer 23: See SOW referencing mounted maps on each floor of the buildings.
